Counting down to next challenge

Yay, posting schedule for the spn_cinema is up and I'm first on the list! (Eeep!)

So did everyone else get a mail from Livejournal News to announce there was a post up, only to find a link to Releases?
What are your feelings about the new profile and -more imporantly- the soon to be implemented new style of the Friendslist? My cold heart weeps, as I don't like changes and it feels like the lay-out is going to look like a MySpace/Facebook/Tumblr triplebreed, which is all kinds of yuck in my opinion. (I'll admit I have been to scared to switch and check it out, because the thought alone makes me shiver)
I plan to upgrade my Dreamwidth to a paid account soon, upload more icons and hopefully finish decorating so I can feel at home. Most of my communities are still on Livejournal, so I don't expect to stop checking the flist, no matter what it looks like, but I really wish I could keep control over the design.
I'd moan more about the inexplainable changes LJ already made to the scrapbook en posting interface, but I should really go back to work. Ahem.

Tomorrow I have a family get-together, but after that all my freetime will be dedicated to arting :-D

I've been too scared to even look at the changes to be honest :p. I'll just see them when they're implemented, I guess =/. I already do my posting on DW only, and more and more friends are on DW now so I will only have to check twice a week or so ;).

Same here with regards to the flist, mostly because I'm worried I won't be able to change it back. I really don't understand why they are messing with the flist, it's what makes Livejournal unique.
