Meh. Was already a bit under the weather yesterday morning, but after I got back from the arthouse I had a full blown sore throat. In the evening my ears joined the fun and at night I was also a bit feverish on top of that. Didn't sleep very well; I kept waking up from/with a dry throat.
Did go to work today and enjoyed some distraction with a lot of small and big jobs. But my throat didn't improve :(. I suspect I got infected by one the many groups of kids that traveled on my bus last week (it's on the way to an amusement park). Ugh.
Bought an extra dose of Strepsils and will go to bed early tonight. It's going to be a busy week, with two massive projects I really want to keep control over. Now's not the time to get sick, dammit.

I am excited for school to start again so children will stop being in my way EVERYWHERE I GO, but at the same time it will make my subway way, wayyy more full. Urgh.

Most of the time I travel in the opposite direction of kids and students, it's only in schoolholidays that they get on my bus, hrmpf.

On Thursday morning I coughed so hard, I strained my back. Foolishly I did go to work, wanting to finish my project, but I told the bossman upon arrival that I would go home as soon as that was done. Not that he assisted me in any way to finish quicker (when I asked him to check the work before production, he felt it necessary to do other chores in between) and I didn't get to leave until 3 p.m.
Needless to say I stayed at home on Friday; the bossman called to ask how I was doing and to tell me they had discovered a mistake; thanks, dude. Next time I have the plague I'll be sure not to come in at all to avoid feverish fails. Dammit.

But to answer your question: I'm feeling much better now;) *smishes*
