Dirty hands & dirty dishes

Quite pleased about today; not only did I remember all my meals, but I continued my chores and did some actual arts & crafts as well! Plus the drainpipe I worked on yesterday is holding up so far! Last night I only just managed to get into bed before midnight; tonight I'm aiming to go to bed really early, not in the least because I have company coming tomorrow and I want to be well rested;) I also hope to finish reading my bedbook. So without further ado: here's my day in pictures, including a teaser for my artwork for super_disney...


Second layer of blue, did some final touch ups later. I will never understand how people can paint without getting their hands dirty. Luckily this paint is waterbased, so I can wash it off. For extra cleaning I did the dishes right after; this is the before picture.


I hadn't shown you my new trashcan yet, I love it so: it's the old fashioned one closest to the camera, I use it to separate plastics. On the right: tadaah! Dishes done (they will dry by themselves, I'll put them away tomorrowmorning;)


After the dishes I got my hands dirty again; working on my SPN interpretation of The Nightmare Before Christmas for super_disney to be presented February 9... Dundundunnn.

I am super-impressed! I have had one and the same to-do-list for many days now: tidy and clean the livingroom/kitchen area, do laundry, clean bedroom and do more art for reversebang. Nothing has been done...... What I have been doing though is sit down to watch Tour the ski (last day tomorrow) - and while I'm watching TV, I kind of get sucked into it and watch everything that follows..... plus I pet my cats. Yes - plural! There is two the next time you come!!! (sorry - except I'm not)

edit to add that I actually did do something yesterday! I mande my bro a birthday gift.....Go me!

*takes a bow* That list of mine had been growing for a while. I really struggle to get things done on my days off. Sometimes just getting up and remembering to eat are my biggest achievements.
