Ugh, I'm getting the flue. My throat is itchy and I have the barking cough. This morning my head was all fuzzy and my joints ached, so I spent most of the day curled up on the couch, drinking lots of water and eating licorice:)
I did manage to do the thing though! \o/

Review Day 4, Preview Day 5 (Spoilers for exercises)
This was actually quite a nice set, I think I managed 6 or 7, I'm not sure, I kept losing count, heh. I didn't take a break in between every set, because it felt better to keep going. Could do al the moves, but I'm still being careful with the high knees; it's more like a dribble the way I do it. I figure it's better to be safe than sorry and at least I am moving, right?

Also: I added a Warm Up beforehand. There are examples on the Darebee side (see Handy Links below) but I can also recommend this 3 minute Shred Warm Up by Jillian Michaels, especially the knee circles. They are simple and very good for preparing the knees for all the jumping!

EXERCISE SPOILER DAY 5
I checked the Hive forum and for the travel points (18 to get from the ARC to Camp) you can CHOOSE between
staying INDOORS and do high knees or marching steps
OR
going OUTDOORS and run or walk
If you need help doing the math, ask!

WE ARE DOING AWESOME SO FAR:)

I'll stick to the indoors option as well, but I will also take out the trash, which involves walking down and up stairs from my third floor apartment AND walking to the neighbourhood's trash-dump, 50 meters away. I will totally make it to Camp;)

Sidenote: last night I dreamt doing regular push-ups like a champ instead of the usual knee supported push-ups. I bet it's a sign!
