Novel Ideas for Secret Amusements

I had lots of fandom things to talk about, but somehow time got away from me, so it's another post about fitness, perfume oils and porn.
For two weeks now I've been keeping up with my Daily Dares: short exercises from 1-2 minutes by Darebee, you can find the whole playlist here. I put that on shuffle to decide what exercise to do. I tweet these random picks every day, so if you want to join in and get encouragement from others who are playing as well, go over to my Twitter.
I will extend my regime tomorrow with floorwork I tried this afternoon: 5 minute ABS Work-Out by Danse_Jin
That video is in Korean, here's a summary: 12 types of crunches, 10 repeats each, do 3 set per day. Go slow, make sure you keep your back flat on the floor. (It helps to suck in your belly:)
Full set:
10 regular crunches 10 crunches with bend knees, feet up 10 crunches with parallel legs straight up 2x5 crunches crossed legs straight up: 5x left over right +5x right over left 10 crunches right foot on left knee (hold last crunch for 3 seconds) 10 crunches left foot on right knee (hold last crunch for 3 seconds) 2x10 crunches crossed legs straight up: 10x left over right + 10x right over left 10 crunches with parallel legs straight up 10 x straight leg raises 10 x leg scissors 10 seconds leg stretch roll on your stomach, push yourself up to stretch. DONE!
Yesterday I wasn't in a good mood and that got even worse after my washingmachine left all my laundry soaking wet, hrmpf. Today was better, I got dressed properly and tested another perfume oil: Novel Ideas for Secret Amusements. Then I was busy with chores and totally forgot to sniff occassionally! First impression is good though, it's a very different scent than I usually wear, not as foody sweet, but a fresh apple kind of smell. Will put it on to work tomorrow.
My washing machine turned out to not be broken, just overwhelmed; I put in a lighter load today and it handled that fine. Lesson learned!
Last but not least: I made a last minute contribution to the Sunday Morning Porn Club [SMPC] - here's some silly sexy artwork:)
