Land of Art [Phase 11] - Ch 18: N is for Never A Dull Moment

Okay, so this was the first time I contemplated skipping a round in Land of Art because I just didn't feel any connection to the subject: a license plate challenge. We don't have so called vanity plates over here and they just feel odd to me. But then I thought of playing with text and I found myself a challenge in making it look as real as possible. There was a choice of templates for US and European plates, for reasons mentioned above I chose the American format:)
I found the actual font that's used for them and got creative...
