Hotflashes, headache and nausea - the pity party starts today

I knew it was coming, because it's been doing the rounds on my flist the past few days: pms baby, it's here again. Not only fun with hotflashes, headache and nausea, but also boobs from hell, well, depending on your point of view and preference I suppose, but I really could do without them right now. Grumble.
