I don't mind them to welcome the new year, but today shops already started selling fireworks. And even though officially you're only allowed to light stuff on the 31st from 10.00 am until an hour after midnight, a lot of people start right away because they won't be able to burn it all in the available hours. Grumble. Luckily the weather forecast over here is rainy as well, so here's hoping... or a couple of fingers flying around, that'll be satisfying as well.
