What's that you say, George?
Feb. 4th, 2007 08:39 pmToday was a lazy pajama-day, but yesterday... oh baby:
I was supposed to buy a computer-casing, keyboard and mouse to start setting up a new system, but I couldn't find the ones I wanted, so instead I bought stuff I didn't need.
pretty towels a dvd Desert Vampires (aka The Forsaken) 3.99 BARGAIN! a stretchy skeleton-toy (I like skeletons;) some funky monster toys
Saturday's shopping spree...
I also bought tons of chocolate and icecream.
It could've been worse: I almost bought an old telephone and oldfashioned school desk at the second-hand store. But I didn't. So I say I did pretty good;)
I finally saw George's commercial in Dutch! It wasn't as spectaculair as the French, German, Portuguese(?) en Spanish versions, but still: 'He's worth it' I apologize for the lousy quality, I recorded it with my digital camera and then Photobucket fucked it up a little more-grumble. But as least you can see and hear the catchphrase: "Je bent het waard" Still would've preferred to hear his own voice though;)
I wish I could watch that Desert Vampires dvd now, so I can enjoy another part of
carolinecrane's extensive fanfiction-collection, but alas! I have to answer mail and get a good night's sleep for work tomorrow *pouts*.

Date: 2007-02-05 10:43 pm (UTC)Meh, sleep was not satisfying at all. Woke up with a massive headache at 5.30, stumbled out of bed to eat a piece of bread and an aspirine. Managed to sleep for another hour before Razorlight's In The Morning woke me up.
Luckily work kept me busy enough to not worry about lack of sleep. We actually had a lot of fun today, since everybody was in a strangely good mood. Must have been because 'The Old Timers' (aka the boss's parents who occasionally
annoy uswork) are on vacation: the atmosphere is very relaxed without them around - we are lousy youngsters *g* /babbling (should've put this in Monday's livejournal, but forgot because of SneakPreview experience:)no subject

Date: 2007-02-05 10:48 pm (UTC)I got your letter and the flyer today: squeeeeee! Thank you. His face is not his own: strangely smooth make up and too much stubble, but man, I long for his hair to grow back. Le sigh. *smothers you with kisses*
