When I got to the busstop tonight I found my bike with a flat tire and a broken spoke. I'm pretty sure these things don't just break spontaneously while a bike is parked. Fuckers.
Before I started my walk home, I treated myself to a wintersportburger at McD across from the busstop. Food = energy baby;)
Because the bikeshop is kinda-sorta on the way home, I was planning on dumping my bike there to get repaired. It was closed because of a dinerbreak. Hrmpf. So I walked home first.

To my surprise my mom not only cleaned my house (I knew she was gonna do that, I'm a lazy slob, but I pay well *g*), but she also left a present on the table: a funky book about pigs. Wahey!

After putting away my groceries and having a little rest from the walk, I went back to the bikeshop. I can pick up my bike on Saturday. Luckily I have a spare bike, so no excuse not to get to the bus on time tomorrow. Damn.

Argh, fuckers!

Hm. What the hell is a wintersportburger and why have I not heard of it? Is it goooood? *runs to nearest McD*

(Actually, it would make sense because I haven't been to a fast food place in months. It's like, so 2006. *flips hair*)

Indeed. :-[

Wintersportburgers are here until March: a different one every week for six weeks, alternating three flavours: Raclette, Fondue and Rösti. I've had the first one twice now - by accident, because I usually only go to Mickey D twice a year, so I guess I've hit my quotum, but I'm really looking forward to the Rösti-burger: I believe it has cheese, bacon, rösti and of course a meaty burger: there is no wrong!

Indeed.
I didn't notice it last night (kind of dark already) but when I got to the busstop this morning, I discovered all the other bikes where missing their valves both on the front and rear tires! I guess I was 'lucky': since the bastards couldn't get mine out, they instead broke a spoke.
"Haha". Karma or their conscience will catch up with them I'm sure. They just better hope it's not me who gets rewarded by taking care of the Karma;)
