Ready for the world again

It was not a perfect weekend; I had to deal with the hostel-version of Basil Fawlty and had a discussion with some guy on the underground about taking his trash with him (well, I talked and he didn't listen;) but I had a great time. Somehow walking around London for two and a half days made me find myself again and I feel ready for a proper piece of traveling next summer. Oh yeah, baby, the worldexplorer is back! Maybe it's because this weekend was all about me. For someone who is essentially alone all the time, I usually spend a lot of time thinking about other people. These past days however I managed to not buy anything for anyone else, not worry about anyone else and just be in the moment all the time. AND I LOVED IT! I was completely and utterly happy every hour of the day. Not bothered by loud talking backpackers in the dorm or stupid people in the theater (well, I was annoyed, but not longer than absolutely nessecary;) and I really enjoyed myself. I didn't even need my imaginary friends and that's all the prove I need to be sure: I'm officially back! (The voices in my head convince me I'm not going mad;)
