Hey, your manip could have been the inspiration, but I worked on the original promo-picture and put the guys together myself. I think I saw someone else's desktop-design as well. I always credit if I use other people's creations, but can't always remember where the ideas came from;)

My favorite of David (sorry, 'Ten'? is that his nickname? Because ehm... no. Just no.) is #9, I have more plans for that picture.
I wish I had captured John sticking his tongue out, but then tongue + glasses might have killed us all.

As long as you know Gael is part of my harem: you can play with him for a while, but he has to be returned;)

Heh, Ten is just what fandom conveniently calls him because he's the Tenth Doctor. When you get to the people who've been watching Doctor Who since they were toddlers (Daleks still scare the crap out of our lot, but they will probably not intimidate you), you've seen a couple of Doctors. So we say 'Nine', 'Ten' etc to avoid confusion. It's just convenient that his surname happens to be Tennant :P.

The second I pressed 'post comment' I figured it would be something like that. I know about Daleks, I've been aware of Dr. Who for a long time I'm old yo But just like StarTrek I never was interested in it. Too silly and scifi. But you live, you learn. And you notice the pretty:)

Did you know David's surname is actually McDonald? Because of the actor's guild-thing he had to change it and he chose Tennant, supposedly because of the singer of the PetShopBoys. I think I love him even more for that.

Hee! Guinny was telling me that she couldn't understand why Daleks freak me out, but if you've been subjected to them since you were six, they sort of stick with you. It's a bit embarrassing really, but yay for fandom trauma ;)!
