Just some incoherent random thoughts about Leapin' Lizards...:

  • Nick looks good in a anti-mud-get-up, bring on the dirt! (Also: I lovelovelove the shirt, never mind he wore it the entire shift, even after frolicking with the pigs...)

  • Someone please feed Ally Sheedy! Honey, what happened to you?

  • David Philips sets Warrick straight: "... The new Mrs. Philips doesn't need to hear about this"
    - "Are you kiddin' me? She'll want to hear every detail. Why do you think I married her."

See, Warrick? That is why we call him SuperDave.

  • Warrick is due any moment, will we see the delivery in the final-episode? (no spoilers please!!!) Nice to let us know he and Tina are still together, must be because of the baby, because Warrick obviously isn't investing in this marriage: he isn't even aware of the hours people in hospital make. Idiot.

  • [META]Dear Mr. Eads, what did you have to do to make the writers give you that line? Are you really that worried about being the most written about character in fandom? Silly man. If the official writers are capable of selective amnesia (lab-explosion, anyone?) don't you think fangirls will find a way to interpret the things Nick says into something more believable?[/META]
Nick, honey, you can fight it all you want, Greg is the one for you, you're not fooling anyone: get back to him, you bastard.

  • Nick is still wearing his leather wristband. A long marathon-session Extensive research told us it has been there all season. Significance?

  • Greg rolling his eyes at Catherine's compliment was the best. Was he blushing? Sweetie

  • Message to TPTB: I don't EVER want to see homey scenes at Grissom's again. Thank you.

I bet Nick stole that leather wristband idea from Captain Jack, dude.

GREG WAS TOTALLY BLUSHING BECAUSE HE IS TOO FRAKKING ADORABLE FOR WORDS. And that totally warranted me abusing the caps lock, ahem.

See, I liked this episode. It provided me with much snark. And love for Enrico Colantoni. And far-fetched theories about why Nick would say such a things. And if I repressed a certain scene, I'm sure no-one can blame me for that. Right?

I bow to you for putting two fandoms together.
Actually the guys have more in common... After watching CSI I treated myself to Torchwood 'Small Worlds': Capt. Jack's lonely tear rolling down his face equals Nick getting teary eyed. *sighs: 'Oh, you guys'*

Heh, it is my one true talent. We shall not speak of the Due South/Torchwood crossover I'm being coerced into writing.

Ohh, I love Small Worlds, even if most people don't. Those were some scary-ass fairies. Plus, first indication that booo! Jack's team sucks. Can't they see he had no choice? DAMN IT.

Jack and I have always disagreed about fairies.

Jack rules! The team should realise he is in charge because he not only has to but also can make the tough decisions. Learn to deal people. And hug your leader.

Dude, let me know when you hit episodes 6, 8, 10 and (especially) 12, which are my favourites. Huh, all even numbers. I wonder if that means something.

Weeeell, I've just seen episode 12 (and 13 and the Dr. Who cross-over, but will comment on those in answer to your mail - I'm doing a little timetravelling now;)
OMG: Jack and.... Jack! Awesome. Pretty. And awesome. Thanks to the massive amount of icons inspired by this episode, I kind of knew what to expect, but I did not know it would be this gooooooooood. *fans self*
Thank you so much for dragging me into Torchwood. I'm forever in your debt.

Now... onto the mail;) Let's hope that's more coherent. (I doubt it...)

It's not my name. It's his. I took his name. But I didn't realise he was so hot!

    Hee *awaits mail*!
I will not go into a fannish rant on Captain Jack Harkness or Utopia here, because I would run out of commentspace, ahem. The mail will have to do ;).

But GUH. How pretty is Matt Rippy? Sweet Jeebus *fans self*.
Yay, I'm so glad you like Torchwood (and Who!). Of course, not every episode is awesome, but they totally know how to make up for it ;).

I especially liked the eyeliner on the original Jack Harkness. MMMMMesmerizing. His facial expressions reminded me of Mark Paul Gosselaar. That's a compliment by the way - just in case you were wondering;)

Hee, I can see the compliment *nods*. And lord, yes, he's so pretty. Talk about chiseled features, guh. If you find the DVD extra features stuff on YouTube somewhere, there's a lovely video diary made by John in which there is more backstage flirting between the two of them. Ghugmhpfz.

I couldn't find the extra features on YouTube, but I'm so much in awe of the whole series I'm planning to buy the DVDbox anyway;)

I did find That scene and for once I loved the comments on a clip:) *sniffles*

God yes. After you mentioned you'd seen the ep, I watched it again myself. And I don't tend to rewatch shows I've seen (unless they're like, CSI or Buffy :P) because I have too many fandoms to keep up with, but that is an episode I could just watch over and over again. Guh.

(Will add the extra features with the DVD copy of Casanova. Which I'm posting this week, I promise *blushes*.)
